Shipping Charges

All orders shipped to street addresses in the lower 48 states and Puerto Rico are charged a flat rate of $4.95. Shipping charges for other addresses are calculated and shown to you at checkout when you select your shipping method. These charges are based on the U.S.P.S. rate for items of that weight going to your address, and very closely mirror what we are charged to ship your package.

Shipping Time

Orders are filled on a first paid basis and ship within 72 business hours. An email containing the tracking number is sent the day the item ships.

If you do not get an email with a tracking number within 3 business days, or if you would just like to check on the status of an order, feel free to Contact Us.

Expedited Shipping

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping for orders other than those orders which consist entirely of books. We ship books via U.S.P.S. Media Mail, which generally takes longer than other shipping methods. If your order is comprised entirely of books, you may select Priority Mail during checkout to speed up the shipping speed of those books, though this will generally cost more than the standard $4.95 shipping.

30 Day Return Policy

Condition: Items returned must be in new and unopened condition in order to receive credit. Items purchased and then used are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and are subject to a minimum shipping charge of $4.95.

Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # and mailing instructions before returning an item.

Address Corrections

To contact us about changing your shipping address, view our Contact Us page. If you can contact us before the item ships, we will gladly adjust the shipping address for you. In most cases, this will not incur an extra charges. Obviously, however, if you want us to ship your order to Germany instead of Georgia, we'll have to charge you the difference in shipping. You can review our shipping charges below to estimate what that difference would be. NOTE: Shipping Address corrections after the order has shipped will incur a $15 charge.
